Care That Fits Your Family
Three distinct services — each designed with the same philosophy of warmth, dignity, and genuine connection.

How We Deliver Care
At Kinsfolk, every service begins with listening. Before we discuss care plans or schedules, we sit down with residents and their families to understand the person — their daily preferences, what brings them comfort, what concerns them, and what they hope for. This conversation shapes everything that follows.
Our methodology draws on established eldercare practices refined through years of direct experience in the Singapore context. We combine clinical competence with a deeply personal touch: medical needs are met with professionalism, while emotional and social needs are addressed with warmth and patience. Each resident has an individual care plan that is reviewed and adjusted as circumstances change.
Whether a person joins us for long-term residential care, a short respite stay, or a daytime programme, they receive the same quality of attention and the same welcoming spirit. Our team works as one — sharing observations, coordinating daily routines, and communicating openly with families at every step.
Service 01
Family-Style Residential Care
A permanent care arrangement designed around the philosophy that a care home should feel like an extended family. Residents share meals at communal tables, participate in household activities such as folding laundry or setting the dining area, and are encouraged to maintain the hobbies and interests that define them. Trained staff provide all necessary medical and personal care — medication management, hygiene assistance, mobility support — while preserving each person's autonomy and dignity. The environment is intentionally home-like, with soft furnishings, open kitchen areas, and a small pet-friendly policy for visiting family animals.
- 24-hour caregiver presence and nursing oversight
- Three freshly prepared meals daily, plus snacks
- Personal care and medication management
- Daily activities tailored to individual interests
- Open visiting policy and family involvement
Service 02
Flexible Respite Care
A temporary stay programme with booking options ranging from a single night to three weeks. This service supports family caregivers who need time away for any reason — rest, work, travel, or personal health matters. The intake process is straightforward and can be completed within a day. Guests receive the same quality of care and daily engagement as long-term residents, including meals, personal care support, and social activities. There is no minimum commitment, and repeat bookings are welcomed. Families are kept informed through brief daily notes or phone updates upon request.
- Same-day intake available for most situations
- Full meals, personal care, and activities included
- No minimum stay and no long-term commitment
- Daily updates by note or phone for families
- Repeat bookings always welcome
Service 03
Intergenerational Connection Programme
A daytime engagement service that partners seniors with student volunteers and young professionals for shared activities. Running three days a week, the programme features paired storytelling sessions, collaborative art projects, digital literacy workshops led by younger participants, and shared cooking activities using heritage recipes. The aim is to foster meaningful two-way exchange — seniors share wisdom and life experience while younger participants offer fresh perspectives and companionship. A midday meal is shared together. The programme supports emotional wellbeing through purposeful social interaction across generations.
- Three structured sessions per week
- Shared midday meal included each session
- Storytelling, art, cooking, and digital literacy
- Trained facilitators for all activities
- Suitable for seniors at varied cognitive stages
